So far, the secret Democrat strategy to win the presidential election seems to be going according to plan.

The plan leaked out in a memo from the Senate Intelligence Committee, written by a staff member for Sen. Jay Rockefeller, exploring how Democrats could exploit the inquiry into pre-war intelligence for political gain.

Rather than answer questions about why they would employ such underhanded tricks, the Democrats set out to discover who leaked the memo.
