Actually, when the libs work it out so Islam takes over, this will be no problem. Men can have a 1-hour "marriage" to anybody they wish to sleep with.

And pederasty is the norm - one of the reasons American gay literati flocked to Muslim countries in the 1920s was that boys were a dime a dozen, and it was and still is considered normal for adult males to use any available lower-status boy.
