Well, blowing up the USS Cole was an act of war. Nothing happened except they sent in a domestic law enforcement agency, I think.
Blowing up the US embassies in Africa was an act of war on sovereign US territory. They sent in a domestic law enforcement agency on that one (the FBI).

As soon as Mexico gets some WMDs then it will be an imminent threat, I guess.

Naco Border Patrol agents were pinned down by automatic weapon fire from cowardly assailants in Mexico on Tuesday, February 18th. Solution: provide our border agents with automatic weapons and grenades. Then, the next time some jackass thinks he's got something to prove, lob a few fraggers at 'em and see if they've still got the cojones to take pot shots at el Gringo.

Makes me kinda sorry a Marine contingent, or a squad of 11Bravo's weren't around to teach em the truth, American style.
Those Mexican druggo-pukes couldn't figure out how to unass the area fast enough if they met the real deal.

Another measure, AZ House Bill 2652, would set up groups of armed volunteers to patrol Arizona's border with Mexico, with the goal of helping people who became stranded in the desert north of the border.
"I don't want Mexicans to come across the border," said Rep. Ray Barnes, R-Phoenix, the bill's sponsor. "But I don't want them getting killed, either."
The citizens group would be under the auspices of the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Members would alert immigration authorities if they spotted anyone attempting to cross the border.
Barnes said the legislation is also aimed at helping property owners who are frustrated by immigrants trashing their properties as the border crossers make their trek north of the border.
"I'm trying to stop people from getting hurt," said Barnes, adding that property owners often are taking matters into their own hands. "People are upset and want to protect their property."

These scum could come across the border and slit the throats of every citizen from Brownsville to Ft. Worth and D.C. would turn a blind eye.
Nothing is going to interfere with their plans to melt the USofA into a mere member state of the unified western hemisphere, under international law, and under an appointed not elected board of tyrants.

As many times as things like this have happened, I wonder more and more how we would react if these guys had been Al Qaeda. Wouldn't we have long since beat their a$$es? Wouldn't we have declared war for this crap and brought FREEDOM to Mexico?

Our citizens at the border must suffer these and other outrages because there is far too much money to be made from the drugs and illegals that stream across the border unchecked.
The proceeds from these illegal enterprises make their way into virtually every pocket in Washington through channels both direct and indirect. Proprietors of felonious undertakings are notoriously generous with campaign contributions and very active in the legislature.
When one realizes that the roots of this and all political mysteries lie in money and power, what formerly made no sense falls perfectly into place.

War? I think we're in the surrender stage of this. Didn't Bush wave a white flag when Fox and Castaneda said they were going after the "whole enchilada"? They certainly didn't tell them they couldn't have it.
