It's hard to know who is being the bigger baby here: John Henry or George Steinbrenner. In an e-mail sent to reporters about the deal that puts Alex Rodriguez in pinstripes, the Red Sox owner whined that "baseball doesn't have an answer for the Yankees." Mr. Steinbrenner fired back that this was just "sour grapes" because the Sox had failed to broker a deal for A-Rod back in December.

She doesn't cuss or swear

Frances Bean helped mommy through her last overdose. She made green tea and held back Mom's hair while she vomited.

the Red Sox owner whined that "baseball doesn't have an answer for the Yankees." Mr. Steinbrenner fired back that this was just "sour grapes"

This guy left out Steinbrenner's best quotes. Not only did he say it was sour grapes, he said:

We understand that John Henry must be embarrassed, frustrated and disappointed by his failure in this transaction," Steinbrenner said in a statement Wednesday. "It is time to get on with life and forget the sour grapes."

"Unlike the Yankees, he chose not to go the extra distance for his fans in Boston.

"It is understandable, but wrong that he would try to deflect the accountability for his mistakes on to others and to a system for which he voted in favor," Steinbrenner said.

I laughed my head off when I read this. He gave to John Henry good and hard, and deservedly so. As if Boston's $125 million payroll and highest paid player (Manny) is somehow pure as snow. Puhlease.

Steinbrenner rocked with those comments. Mike of Mike and the Mad Dog read the Boss' statement and played the music from Patton in the background. I nearly drove off the road, I was laughing so hard.
