How could he not know? He is making PUBLIC statements to crowds. Its just one more example of how one sided "values" and "Hate speech" is defined by the RATS. If Bush or any Republican said that about a RAT, there would be outrage calling for resignations and apologies all over the media. I'm so sick of it.

Yup. I saw it.
Doubt I'll see it again though...

let's hope Fox News continues to play the clip. Any bets on whether this story gets legs?

Yeah...I wonder what Kerry considers someone who steals from someone else and doesn't tell them what the money is going to pay for?
If this happens in a street alley, it is a burglar or a robber.
If this happens in Washington DC, it is a Congressman or Senator.

Can't wait to hear the audio on this one. Kerry is so diplomatic. I wonder what he'd say about foreign dignitaries he dislikes.

Sean Hannity has been talking about it. Apparently, Kerry's lackeys are backtracking, trying to say Jean-Pierre was talking about Rush, Sean and other conservative broadcasters, not the president.

I heard it and thought he was talking about the union(s).

Kerry calling anyone else a liar and crook? Even Bush?
Kerry wouldn't know the truth if it tap danced across his nose.
This is good in that Kerry will make character an issue. He has none.

Apparently 'liar' is even worse than 'racist.' If they want to talk abut liars, they ought to consider the vast array of social theories that have been finally rejected by anti-theorists such as Kerry and Barbra Streisand, all of those theories being liberal and most of them Marxist.

The down side is that this type of speech will only embolden his staunchest supporters.
The up side is that it might not go over too well with Americans.

Means nothing if a LIBERAL/Socialist Democrat says it. Won't get the extended media play that "BIG TIME" got 3 years ago.

Kerry accusing anyone of being a liar and a crook is nothing more than a diversionary tactic.
A "Red Kerring" if you know what I mean.

Which Pubbie will resign due to this?????
Historically, Pubbies end up resigning when Dems screw up and get caught.

this seems to confirm my hunch that Kerry has let himself get caught up in a nasty contest with Howard Dean on who can vent the most anger at Bush - and he would be slow to re-adjust his tone now that he has wrapped up the nomination. I think it hurts him - makes him look un-Presidential.

The clip that Sean Hannity played was barely audible. Is this the same one?

Dang, I read your headline and for a moment thought that he had been under truth serum and admitted he was a "leftist revolutionary" and a "communist supporter", both of which have always been self-evident based upon his self-promotion actions that brought him to public notice for the later and his votes in the Senate for the former.

It's important to note that Kerry calling Bush a "liar and a crook" doesn't qualify as dirty campaigning. Most likely Kerry was tired from weeks of non-stop campaigning, and didn't mean any harm.
On the other hand, if any Republicans should try to take political advantage of Kerry's honest mistake...
