You must go to the Whitehouse website and view the video of today's event (as well as the wreath-laying ceremony) -- you can fast forward it to the section where Laura introduces the President (the whole interchange is soooooooooooo full of love and humor) AND then the President tears up when he thanks Laura for her leadership!!

Yes, let me say this for the ONE BILLIONTH TIME: We are so fortunate to have this couple in the WhiteHouse during one of the most challenging times in our nation's history!!!

There are going to be two Welcome Home deals..........one at Ft. Campbell, and another one later in the town where his Unit drills.

I'm not sure if the one at Ft. Campbell is open, but I KNOW the local one is, so if any 'locals' want to come, that would be GREAT.

Also we're having a party here (a BIG one) that you can come to also. :o)

It's funny you said that, I have been reading a lot of the public remarks John Kerry has made since the mid 80's and I think I know why he is such a flip flopper. It's simply because John Kerry can never admit he is wrong, he simply refuses to accept it, and like a teen age child, he responds to any and all criticism of his actions by ridiculing the accuser. His favorite response has been...."You obviously don't know what you're talking about, Go back and read what I said on the Senate floor and you will see that I was very clear", yet nothing John Kerry ever said in his career has been either clear or principled.

John Kerry is simply afraid of having to admit he is wrong, and he goes to great lengths to make sure he never makes a principled or clear stand on any issue in order to shelter him from that possibility
