um, i did not once mention britney's actions. i was talking about the actual subject of the article which was this kid and his obsession with her. and how on earth do you have any idea that "britney spears isn't a bad kid" or that she has been thrown into this, or that she hates all this and just wants a normal life? do you know her?

you seem to be a bit out of touch with today's youth. every kid has heroes. whether they are actors, musicians, soldiers, artist, etc... heroes get kids through some tough times. they serve a purpose. and then, when the child is mature enough, he/she moves on. i could really give a rat's b-tt about britney. but if she stopped this kid from killing himself, what is the big deal?

When I was a teeny bop thirty years ago mine was Micheal Jackson.

Now hearing his name makes me cringe.

The other kids in the neighborhood loved Donny Osmond.
