Did you happen to catch the Countdown with Keith Olbermann (I Know!!) it had footage from a CIA drone of Osama in Afghanistan in oct 2000 (before the Cole in Decand 9-11). The CIA had a clear shot on Osama and his top guys, but the CIA was under WHite House orders to take osama alive. Olbermann of course blamed the GOP's congress impeachment of Clinton (even though the clear shot happened after the scandal fizzled in Oct 2000). Olbermann and the hack Wash. Post Editor he had on said that Clinton couldn't do it because it was on the eve of the Presidential election.

I'm not sure that's necessarily true. From where I am, the vast majority of votes for Kerry are actually going to be votes against Bush. So that goes to the problems many voters have with Bush. That's Iraq, and the Economy. If Bush can find those WMD and if hiring speeds up (the only economic indicator that actually matters), he'll be a shoo-in for 2004. I do not think Bill Clinton will be relevant in November at all.
