So aside from potheads Willie Nelson and Jimmy Buffett, and terrorist-symp Steve Earle, just what Country artists do they plan to recruit? Most Country singers are red-blooded, conservative Christian patriots. Yep. And even up here in New York, people who are country music fans here tend to be on the conservative side, to say the least. The thought that some "major artist" coming out in favor of Kerry would change their minds is ludicrous!
