(More on Snowboarding F'n Kerry)
ABC News Kerry campaign reporter "Diamond" Ed O'Keefe, who, (not) incidentally, looks hot in his ski gear, files this exclusive report from atop Bald Mountain in Idaho:
As Senator John Kerry carved his Burton snowboard down a green rated Upper College run, another skier interrupted his stride, colliding with the presumptive Democratic nominee at 9,010 feet.
The slope-cade of two Ski Patrollers, several Secret Service agents, two journalists, one camera and one Kerry aide suddenly came to a halt. The Massachusetts Senator lay on the ground, removed his Smith sunglasses, and surveyed the damage.
Assured that the ABC News camera accompanying the entourage had not captured Kerry's fall, the Senator glared at your sloping Noter and assured, "I don't fall down. That son of a bitch ran into me."
Alas, the Senator's private vacation in a very public place was filled with interruption. While Kerry took a break on the "Warm Springs" run, a woman stopped to shout, "We're from Oklahoma and we love you!" The Senator's breath-catching moment quickly became an irresistible Christmas card opportunity as the woman gathered her family around the still-sitting Senator.
A duty-bound husband sheepishly said while pointing to his camera, "Hey, can we, do you mind?" Before Kerry could weigh in, the man answered his own question observing, "I guess it's kind of your job." Fortunately for the Senator, the exchange just may pay off. When asked if he intends to vote for Kerry, the Oklahoman Noted, "After seeing him ski? Yeah."
But not everyone in the solidly red state of Idaho was pleased to see the president's opponent ride Sun Valley's Challenger chair lift.
While the Senator waved to light applause outside the base camp ski lodge, inside he was greeted by a quiet chant of "Bush, Bush!" All of which brings The Note to a weighty, serious, but in no way scientific or limited to this list analysis of a major issue of the day: Ketchum vs. Crawford.

"When asked if he intends to vote for Kerry, the Oklahoman Noted, "After seeing him ski? Yeah."""To which the Oklahoma native then added, "...and I love picking scabs and giving myself wedgies. I can't stand to know anything about the world around me, and I revel in being a drooling, brainless idiot. I love Katie Couric, too. "

"Still, Mr. Kerry could not entirely escape the hazards of the arena he had left behind. He had just sat down for a bite to eat on the crowded patio near the lift line when a waiting skier, John Norris, shouted: "Hey, John! What foreign leaders talked to you?" Neither do I.

The day before, Kerry actually took the press core to the local sporting goods store and had them follow him to purchase a new jock...Exactly what was he trying to prove? The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

Not too hot - still having more pain than I like - trying some Tylenol PM tonight to see if I can get some sleep. I hate taking this stuff, but I'm not getting any rest.
I'm not sure having all this dental work done at one time was such a hot idea.
Thanks for asking!! I'm off to bed!

The Massachusetts Senator lay on the ground, removed his Smith sunglasses, and surveyed the damage. It is my prayer that these same words will be written the morning after election day, when Bush wins by a landslide.

Does anyone else find it amusing that when Kerry goes to take a break from the action he chooses snow-skiing , while Bush goes to his ranch and clears trees and brush? Which one seems more like the working man to you?

"The sad fact is that the SS agent's career is over if Kerry gets elected." Maybe his career was already over and he got assigned to cover SOB F'N Kerry as punishment.

"I don't fall down. That son of a bitch ran into me."
Assuming he wasnt trying to make a joke or something, hard to tell without hearing the audio. I mean jeez you think he would cut someone who would take a bullet for him some slack.
I think this is further insight into his pysche. This one isolated event/outburst would normally mean nothing for a normal person. But I think were seeing a pattern developing, He must KNOW he is under great scrutiny right now, and yet he STILL cant control himself. Any psychology students care to take a stab at what makes this guy tick?

I have done a bunch of research on John Kerry, from his days in Vietnam to his current effort to oust George W. Bush. I have read lots of his comments on the Senate Floor, many of his campaign speeches for office in Massachusetts, comments by friends of his, and his reactions to anyone who challenges him. And here is what I have come up with that sums up John Kerry's character...
John Kerry lived a sheltered life as a child, he lived in the lap of luxury growing up and spent his weekends as a teen ager with people like John F. Kennedy and the Forbes family who he a cousin to. He went to all the best schools, and planned at an early age that he was going into politics.
Throughout John Kerry's Sheltered life, he rarely was denied his wishes, this treatment is something that is coming back to haunt him now. The main reason for this is because John Kerry has never had to accept the fact that he might be wrong or might not get what he wants. When denied he usually strikes back with a personal attack or a condescending remark that could easily leave the questioner intimidated because of John Kerry's position.
I am no expert on Human behavior, but from everything that I have read about John Kerry, He has never been forced to admit he was wrong, nor has he ever accepted defeat. he has always been given the room to dismiss a defeat or deny a wrong. Without this basic experience of humility, John Kerry does not possess the skills it takes to lead.
John Kerry does not have what it takes to accept advice because he isn't capable of believing that his opinion might not be the correct one, and the mark of a true leader is someone who is willing to accept advice and consider that advice, despite his or her opinion. John Kerry simply lacks these skills and is not fit for serving as our Commander-in-Chief
