Oh come on now, the JBS has been a nest of kooks from day #1.

The founder James Walsh was a card-carrying crackpot.

The JBS in the '60s said that there were millions of ChiCom troops massed just over the border in Mexico waiting for the signal to invade.

And they said that President Eisenhower was a conscious agent of the international Communist conspiracy.

While I don't disagree that there may be some real "right-wing nuts", I just haven't seen them. All I've met are just true conservatives trying to make a difference at the grassroots level.
I have been to hear a couple of very informative speakers on subjects like the Constitution, education, the media, etc.
The founder was Robert Welch, btw.
