If you're this sure they all hate us to the last man, why bother with waiting for protests to take place ? Shouldn't you advocate bombing residential areas, towns and cities and villages and even hamlets, whether there were signs of unrest or not ?

I'd much prefer treating people with justice - that is, mercilessly punishing everyone of the perpetrators, whoever they may be, and leaving alone the innocents, regardless of what they think of Westerners. If this really is some big "cultural" war between the democratic values of the West against the tyrannic values of Islam, then I'd rather have us living and fighting by our principles.

The one's who are in the streets firing weapons and dancing in the streets are not innocent. And the answer to your question is Absolutely YES! They have never concerned them selves with civilian casualties. Time to paly their game
