You got to be kidding. I just read most of it and if I wasn't confused before, I sure am now!
Let's keep it simple...
Is there any legal restriction to posting something about an on line site, naming, the site and in our own words describing an item posted there and a) not posting a link' or... b) posting a link to it?
In other words describe what anyone CAN do, bulletproof, without fear of legal action ?
