also has business ties with bin Mahfouz and Al-Amoudi.
Thomas Kean is a director (and shareholder) of Amerada Hess
Corporation , which is involved in the Hess-Delta joint venture with
Delta Oil of Saudi Arabia (owned by the bin Mahfouz and Al-Amoudi
clans)...
Now you would think that being a business partner of the brother in
law and alleged financier of "Enemy No. 1" would also be considered a
bona fide "conflict of interest", particularly when your mandate --as
part of the 9/11 Commission's work-- is to investigate "Enemy No. 1".

I have a suggestion that might not be as meaningful as having Gorelick resign, but may offer some satisfaction. I have been thinking about e-mailing O'Reilly with the suggestion that he run a weeklong alternative 9/11 commission, interviewing all the people who were refused the priviledge of testifying publicly before the 9/11 commission. O'Reilly's ego should be big enough to take on this challenge and it might really be worthwhile.

Looks like you've found some interesting material Diogenesis. Wouldn't be suprised if much of this is true.

Do you think the "wall" was to keep the CIA from seeing the political stuff the FBI was doing for Clinton? Some at the FBI handed over files, right? Files on Republicans. I don't believe for a second that Gorelick was keeping up a wall to protect civil liberties. I think she was keeping up the wall to shield the Clintonista's from being seen.
