Try using baking soda. Wet his hair and mix baking soda with a little shampoo. It should work or Dawn dishwashing liquid. Or you could just shave his head.

The baking soda/shampoo combo was going to be my suggestion too. That will work. But the best piece of advice I can give is you boys should never go anywhere again without an adult! :)
