eternal student
Motassadeq sues Hamburg Technical University for not being allowed to continue his studies.
Motassadeq was declared guilty of being a member of the Muhammad Atta terrorist cell by the Highest Court of Hamburg, and sentenced to 15 years prison, for helping murder more than 3000 people.
The German Supreme Court canceled the sentence and set him free, under surveillance.

Would the Supreme Court also release Bin Laden, as long as he would be "under surveillance" ?

Hate to say it, but the little slimeball has a point. Since the Supreme Krauts let him go they have, in essence, said there was no crime committed. As a result, he has a right to have his life and status restored to the point at which he was arrested and tried.
German = dumkopf!
