Posted on 05/12/2004 10:28:43 AM PDT by CounterCounterCulture

Marriage is between one man and one women. Period.

With Massachusetts, San Francisco and now the California Legislature pushing homosexual "marriage" upon us with AB 1967, now is the time to stand up for marriage.

Campaign for California Families is holding two Rallies to Protect Marriage. CRA has joined both efforts as a Co-Sponsor. Details are below. Please take time out of your day and participate.

Someone there should get a copy of the ABA's model divorce code. It would give a real target and it would embarass every law maker who has a copy of the model divorce code.

That model code is the blue print for this entire homosexual marraige. The public already hates lawyers, (I have been on the recieving end a few times), the public really hates the ABA, the public really really hates homosexual marriage, why not combine all of the above?

Protest to Protect Marriage May 18
Downtown Los Angeles

You're Invited to Stand for the Sacred Institution of Marriage in L.A.

Download and print the protest flyer to post on your refrigerator and make copies to invite others to attend:
Download English version (PDF, 56 KB)
Download Bilingual version (PDF, 109 KB)

WHAT: Join the Protest to Protect Marriage for a man and a woman. This is a bilingual protest in English and Spanish.

WHEN: Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. (two-hour event).

PLACE: 320 West 4th Street (at Broadway) in downtown Los Angeles, outside the office Assemblyman Fabian Nuñez, the head Democrat in the State Assembly.

SPEAKERS: Join Luis Galdamez, Latino spokesman for Campaign for California Families, Assembly candidate Manny Aldana, Dr. Martin Garcia, and Carlos Ortega of Radio Nueva Vida to protest AB 1967 and homosexual "marriage."

PURPOSE: Fabian Nuñez, the head Democrat in the State Assembly, and his fellow Democrat politicians are pushing AB 1967, which is full-blown homosexual "marriage." Last year, Nuñez supported AB 205, "gay marriage by another name," for every family and child to see. We must protest Nuñez' attack on our families by saying NO to the Democrats' plan of homosexual "marriage," and NO on AB 1967. Marriage is only for a man and a woman!

BRING: Your friends, your children, and signs saying: "Fabian Nuñez, stop pushing homosexual 'marriage' upon our families and community -- NO on AB 1967."

PARKING: Paid parking is available in several nearby lots.

DIRECTIONS: Visit Mapquest to get directions and map.

SPONSORED BY: Campaign for California Families

ACT NOW: Call Fabian Nuñez at (213) 620-4646 to demand he stop pushing homosexual "marriage" upon our families and community. Then plan to join other families on May 18 to stand for the protection of marriage between a man and a woman.

Hmm - maybe this should have its own thread - what do you think? I'll do it if you think it should be put up. I need practice anyway!

"Those who think they rule this country do not care what you think."

That's exactly what my son said, when I told him I'd have to miss the basketball games for my three grandsons this coming weekend... I told him, oh well, God expects us to take a stand, and I must! My grandsons would be there too, because they are GREAT freepers, but they do have their games (they are 7, 9, and 10 - that stuff is still the BIGGEST WORRY in their lives right now). It hurts me to miss their games, but it upsets me more to see what's happening. God doesn't like this crap, matter of fact, every time He's "come down" and shown His anger, I think it's usually been due to this perversion. God Save Our Country!!!
