She won't be required to renounce her Canadian citizenship.How's that? I thought the oath of citizenship included a renunciation of foreign citizenship.

Officially in the US she will have to renounce her loyalty to her former country. Canada doesn't have to recognize that renunciation, though, but as far as US law is concerned, she will be a US citizen only.
