Always read the entire letter, instruction... I found this out while taking a test in college (Business Law) where the professor expressly told everyone to read the entire instructions before beginning to answer any of the questions. The last paragraph of the instuctions stated: 'put your name in the upper right-hand corner of this sheet & hand in your exam - do not answer any of the exam questions because you will lose 1 letter grade for each question you answer'. I passed the exam - about 1/2 the class failed it.
i think emotion would have caused my heartattack forcing me to not read the rest - if i did not have heart failure i would have read the whole thing
