Happened about 12 years ago near Nashville. Couple of kids thought it would be funny to drop a 25 lb rock onto a car and killed a Gulf War vet coming home from college. They didn't get nearly enough time.
They throw the little b@stards off the overpass in front of a truck. Except that I wouldn't want to traumatize the poor truck driver.
They need to charge them murder as adults and execute them.
