Brig Ge. Karpinski wasn't fit to fun a sewing circle, let along a prison. She operated that prison like Clinton did the Oval Office like a frat/whore house.

How so? Please explain to me how Clinton takes the blame for this.

She was nominated for Brigadier General by President Bush and Secretary Rumsfeld on March 12th, 2003.

She, along with every other US Army Reserve nominee to Major General and Brigadier General from the March 12th list, was confirmed by a Republican majority Senate on March 31st 2003

She was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General on November 7th, 2003.
