Well good luck. I voted for it in California a few years ago, and you can see where we are now. The state supreme courts is still trying to make up it's mind if it is OK for a mayor to overrule the majority of us that voted for it.
In the U.S. Congress is Bill# S.J.RES.30-The Federal Marriage Amendment with mostly Republican cosponsors signing on. Check on your Congressman at
http://www.afa.net to see if your statesmen have signed; if not, ask them to do so. I sent both mine letters, one a chastisement (hee-hee)and the other 'congratulations'.
A national amendment confirming traditional form of marriage is necessary and WE should be the ones to decide if our most sacred of traditions is trashed.
