I wpould say, both are likely. It won't be the first time the democraps have used a criminally insane spokesperson to set up the electorate. And yes, I believe it is clear that Algore is mentally ill and unable to manage his hostile impulses against GW Bush.

This garbage from what was clearly one of the most dishonest, and indeed criminally operated Administrations ever to work in the White House. Whitewater, FBI Files, Monica, China arms deals, fund raising scandals, an actual impeachment (if not for a cowardly Senate it would have unloaded der Schlickmeister), perjury, Obstructing Justice, My God the list seems almost endless.
I think the more Algore rants, and Kerry keeps on being a withless boob, Kennedy spins tall tales, Dean shrieks, and Pelosi and Daschle look clueless, the more probable it is we'll see a Bush landslide in Novemeber. I doubt if it'll be Reaganesque in scope...but it'll be a clear mandate for Bush to really get to business.
