You're right!!! I forgot about "Daisies". Wow! Great memories. I used to love spending Sunday afternoons watching one after another of her movies. TBS would carry her films all day some weekends. Which was the one with "Vip"??

The Thrill of It All. Happy Soap was VIP. (I think)

Which was the one with "Vip"??"Lover Come Back"
Another funny one that, like "Pillow Talk", included Tony Randall.

I can't keep them straight. The VIP thing was crazy!
But you all seem to think she only made movies in the '60s. It was the '50s when her star came out big time. Never mind her band-singing in the '40s, including the famous version of "Sentimental Journey".
Much as I like the Hudson/Garner movies, I'll always think primarily of her in musicals w/Gordon McCrae. When "musical" automatically meant "musical *comedy*" - check out "By the Light of the Silvery Moon" and "On Moonlight Bay"!
