• Ronald Jr. and George Jr.
• Both sons of Presidents.
• Both carry their father's names.
• One was ambitious, one was not...
• One became the President of the United States, one dabbled in ballet and hosted Saturday Night Live and other unsuccessful televison endeavors.

Who do you think Ronald Regan would be more proud of?

Jealousy, and a wopping inferiority complex fules Ron Prescott's Bush-Bashing.

It's times like these that cause me to cut Buckley some slack for not changing the oil in his hair on a regular basis.

The Democrats salivate over the prospect of more Ronald Reagan bashing at their convention. It makes it all the sweeter Reagan's very own son is doing the dirty work for them.

The immature Ron Reagan is a disgrace to his name and is allowing himself to be shamefully used by those who detest his father!

I don't want to take your lividity lightly, but is it really any surprise that a leftist would use his father's death to promote his politics? Ron speaking at the dem convention is hardly a coup as the dems have been touting.

Just a quick aside, both the Reagan girls, Ron and Patti have been using President Reagan's death to bash the Bush adminstration for it's stance on stem cell research. Why haven't I heard any Republicans in public office come forward to point out that by the time the Bush administration was in power to put forth its stance, it would not have helped President Reagan, if it could ever be proven to help at all?

Yep, out of that whole family...Mike is the most like is father.

Ron does not even seem to know his father that well.
About a year ago he was on Chris Matthew's show claiming his father was not even that big of a Christian. When President Reagan died...the stories came out reminding us that the President was a strong Christian. Then at the funeral...lil twit Ronnie Jr. tried to make it sound like his father did not mention God in public while President.
Perhaps Ronnie Jr. should look at some of his father's public speaking texts.

'Course not. Mike Berg and John Edwards come immediately to mind. Profiting on death and other tragedy is the core of leftist "values"

Ron Reagan one day will regret his humiliating slurs against The Gipper - ping.

Thanks for posting this. I've been livid ever since he announced his plan to speak to the DNC. He's a freak, a whacko, mentally ill, bad dancer...........send him back to the dog shows.

He'll fit right in with the RATS! He's a know nothing. Without the Reagan name - he would be a fly speck with no coverage at all - unless some goof would want to comment on his ballet dancing!

Amazing how these juvenile thinking fools try to make themselves sound so profound.

Good good good.

I am reading Letters to America (I think that's the title) and its a collection of letters from Reagan to many different Americans who wrote him. His grasp and understanding and eloquence to regular Americans is truly wonderful to read.

There are letters throughout to Buckley. The running joke was that President Reagan was going to make him the head of the Kabul bureau. You know, Soviets, Afghanistan, Kabul...

They seemed to have shared a great mutual respect for each other, and I think if anyone has the wherewithall to smack down the ballet dancing frootloop (WHO IS NOT A JR AND I WISH THE NEWSPEOPLE WOULD GET IT RIGHT BUT IT WOULDN'T SERVE THEIR BIAS IF THEY DIDN'T CALL HIM RON REAGAN JR AARRRGGHHH)
it would be Mr. Buckley.

Oh Ron, your political life is beginning and ending there in Boston. Have fun trashing the very values your father ensconced.

Loser.

What a regular tin horn Ron's son is. He used his father's funeral to grandstand his personal politics...ugh. Here's a guy the world would not know or notice for more than a second except for his association to a former president. He's supposed to look in the mirror every morning and say 'thank you God for making me the son of a loved, respected and larger than life President of the US.'

Juniors claim should be: I love my tutu and I don't care I'll wear my tutu everywhere.
You know, I think his dad would have taken him out behind the woodshed for all his disrespectful remarks.

After having done the (very difficult) eulogy at my own father's funeral, I simply find it disgusting what he did at Reagan's funeral.
