The problem is that it's not just democrats. It's everyone and anyone in the senate who's afraid of casting a divisive vote in an election year.
Apparently the only way to stop this BS in the future is to increase the number of "R"'s in the senate and then ELIMINATE the RINOS.
This hands the issue to the republicans.
