One brutal sex crime does not justify another. No one has suggested it does. If you aren't absolutely sickened by what happened to this little boy, there's something seriously wrong. This has nothing to do with a woman being raped by a heterosexual man. This is about a little boy being _ _ _ _ ed to death by a homosexual man. It's wrong, no matter how you look at it. The apparent fact (I haven't confirmed it for myself yet, but I tend to believe it) that homosexuals molest more than heterosexuals is not something that should be ignored, or trivialized.

I agree with a prior post. Molestation of children, ie., anyone under the age of 12, should be a capital offense with no less than life imprisonment (I don't rule out death penalty), without parole.

Now, for sure the question will be, "Why 12?" Because some states allow 13 year olds to marry. But, rape should STILL be a capital offense and punished under typical sentences for rape.

You won't find anyone here that won't gleefully execute the perp, so what's your point?

'Straight' in what regard, his method of performing sex through rape, or his act of murder? Neither of these actions are 'straight' according to societal norms and civilized culture, and both carry very severe punishments.

The horrible crime of women being raped women and also rape/murder of women is covered extensively by the media in both print, Tv and radio.... but crimes like this that were committed against this three year old boy are hardly ever talked about by the major news media.

Matthew Shepard murder(homosexual who was murdered out in the midwest) was covered big time by the media...where were they when this happened to this little boy?
