I know Dr. Rice doesn't need anyone to stand up for her, but dammit, I would hope that GWB or Cheney, or Powell or SOMEONE in the administration would take this low life cretin Rall to task for this disgusting display of hate.
On a personal level, I could see where this might bother her.
Then again, you have to remember Dr. Rice survived college, her introduction into the political arena, and a high-profile political position. Yet she's still a conservative.
Logic would dictate 'liberals hate conservatives' is the same as 'garbage stinks'. It's just a given. :)

The dialogue, if any, is in the 'cartoon,' in the voice balloon. Thus, you have Condi saying "I was... etc", and the 'Urban Re-educator' saying "Now hand over your hair straightener."
The comment in the middle is from the prisoner, yes, but the prisoner is the administration member.
And, yo, Rall, dude... take an art class.

Thank you for taking on that racist slimeball. I had an interesting exchange with him via email a year and a half ago when he portrayed President Bush in a Nazi uniform because of the security measures that were being taken after 9/11, among other things. After going back and forth several times, I decided the man was a loon and would have nothing more with him.
He is so full of hate that there will be no changing his mind. It's sad that there are so many like that under the liberal tag.

You know.... idiotic as your 'helpful hint' is here about who said what to who, the point is, the dialogue was written by Rall. Is the dialogue appropriate?
I was going to recommend that Ted Rall be subjected to a court ordered labotomy, but then I realized that, based on Rall's "cartoon" strip, this had probably already been done at some point in the past.
What happened to the cartoonist who backed the country? Like the ones who drew those anti-nazi cartoons and anti-japanese cartoons in the 40's? One thing that really hit me after 9-11 were the political cartoons, they moved me to tears..... i even bought a book that had all of them in it, and where are they now? This rall guy is a hack, just like most of the comic strips today in the papers, like boondocks or as i call it the angry black kid strip. I know of what I speak because I put my talent to use and printed up shirts supporting our troops and a week after the war we put up a billboard across from quantico that said you are either with us or from hollywood. Some of you will be wearing our shirts at upcoming rallys, wear them with pride!

Actually, if you truly believe the words that you posted here, the place that stupidity reigns is in your comments. Apparently, comprehension skills aren't one of your strong points.
Rall is just plain creepy. He targets those who can't or won't fight back - (Tillman and Reagan are gone, and it is beneath Dr. Rice's dignity.) Though I don't always agree with O'Reilly, he slapped down Rall on his show regarding the Tillman strip, saying 'YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!' It wiped the smirk right off Rall's face.
Rall should have been dumped on the ash heap of history with the Tillman episode. Do the world a favor, Project 21, and have at 'em.
