I heard about that yesterday. I sure that if Hill and Bill ever slept together, Sandy was right in between them.
None of these libs are up on security unless they can spin it to hurt GW. So if she mentions ports in her speechs, that is probably help from Berger.
Her specific mention of ports was a flag. My suggestion is to fry Sandy and put the Clintoons with this on the back burner.
Port security and container security have been major Donk TPs for months. They cut back on the quantity after DHS announced that some ports had increased security. At least, it has been a few weeks since I heard this particular talking point.
