Does that mean that every illegal who gets pregnant here gets to stay? Who's to say she didn't arrive pregnant? Regardless of one's position on the point at which human life occurs, the law provides that those born here are citizens, not those conceived here. I say she and her fetus get the boot, just like ALL the other illegals should. This case could damage immigration control much more than it would help the pro-life position.
