It didn't hurt the economy, it didn't hurt the wealthy's input to creating jobs, and it did help reduce the deficit.
And its interesting you seem to think the various financial scandals the undermined the US Stockmarket "didn't hurt the economy"...guess it didn't get us into a recessionary period as well, huh?
btw, the deficit reduction had nothing to do with Bill Clinton, it had all to do with the House takeover by the GOP in 1994.
