IMO they should have informed of doctrine and took the kid though.
That would have been a BIG, BIG mistake. Once the child is enrolled, then any HINT of biblical teaching regarding homosexuality would have been grounds for a bigger, badder, more lucrative lawsuit - which might have stood a better chance of winning. It's terrible to have to think that way, but that's the destination on this litigation freight train.
