I can imagine homosexuals will demand the right to rent a church in order to defile it with their solimization ceremonies.

Refuse such a bare bones rental? then you tax exempt status goes by by. How many municipalities would just LOVE to tax church propert at the full frieght commercial rate? answer ALL of them.
