Thursday, August 19, 2004 WASHINGTON - Her husband may be campaigning to convince voters he's qualified to be president, but Teresa Heinz Kerry says he's not up for the job. In fact, she says, no one can live up to the awesome challenges and responsibilities posed by the powers of the presidency.
``I think nobody is truly qualified to be president of the United States,'' Heinz Kerry said in an interview in the latest issue of Reader's Digest. ``I mean, are you qualified to run the world - not to run it, but have that influence? No, nobody is.''
The wife of Democratic nominee Sen. John F. Kerry [related, bio] said she expects there will be lots of bizarre media coverage as the presidential race unfolds over the next three months.
``I'm sure there will be stories that I've given birth to children from Mars. You know there are a lot of bored people out there,'' the wealthy philanthropist and heiress to the Heinz family fortune told the magazine.
Heinz Kerry has earned a reputation on the campaign trail for bluntness and controversy in recent weeks. She told a reporter from a conservative Pittsburgh newspaper to ``shove it'' when he questioned her after an event in Boston during the Democratic National Convention.

LMAO. It wouldn't shock me if Theeeeeeeeerza was from Mars.
The Kerry camp better send Theeeeeeeeesza on a two-month "goodwill" tour of Europe and Africa to get her out of the campaign's hair. These soundbytes can't be good for good ole Botox boy. What a liability she is (not that I am complaining).

I'm surprised Kerry hasn't hidden her away somewhere. She, like he, only opens her mouth to change feet.

It's unclear from the context whether she means the God, the Planet, or the Candy Bar.

Something is not quite right about all this. To my knowledge Teresa hasn't been photographed with Kerry since the train trip. Is she on the campaign trail with him? It doesn't sound like she is campaigning for him.

"Nobody is qualified to be President" - does this reveal a globalist mindset?
