- My suspicion is that Kerry wouldn't have opened his yap on this unless his people hadn't already gotten the MSM on side in advance to repeat his lies and remain silent on any rebuttals. If he failed to do that, it is a desperate measure probably based on internal polls which show his support eroding.

Yes it does..... if he's saying they lied without evidence to back it up. My guess is he was forced to respond because internal polling was telling him the longer this issue laid there without a response, the more damage it would create for his campaign. And its just a hunch that the numbers from battleground states are a disaster. Otherwise he wouldn't need to even respond to this.
