If your "coma placement" constitutional theory holds up, then the right of the people to keep and bear arms only exists as it pertains to participating in a State-based Militia.

Interestingly enough those commas appear to have been absent in the original copies, but that is another argument. We really can't expect much more from modern politicians.

Look...this is the original, and the commas are there.

Now, here's an original ratified copy...less commas, same meaning if you interpret it based on the placement of the comma.
