I didn't see it. Just like they protested Kosovo (I didn't see that) or disagreed with Clinton when impeached (I didn't see that) or ....
They mailed the protests in on postcards because it looked like rain that day.

I work in midtown Manhattan & I have seen just about every group (didn't ANYONE watch their parade on television?):
Anti-war protesters - wearing Kerry buttons
Abortionists/Feminists - wearing Kerry buttons
Tree-huggers - wearing Kerry buttons
Animal-rights liberators - wearing Kerry buttons
Gay-Bi-Trans-whatever (who want to get "married") - wearing Kerry buttons
Global-Debt activists - wearing Kerry buttons
Free Abu-Jamal (the cop killer) - wearing Kerry buttons
Global-Warming activists - wearing Kerry buttons
ACT-UP/AIDS protesters - wearing Kerry buttons
Labor Unions - wearing Kerry buttons
Homeless Organizations - wearing Kerry buttons
Reparation groups - wearing Kerry buttons
Communists/Socialist - wearing Kerry buttons
Anarchists - the only "organized" (isn't that an oxymoron for them?) group with no (for the most part) political buttons. They are just looking for trouble whether walking, on their bikes, in the subways, etc. - making it clear that they are for ANYBODY but Bush.

These wackjobs are handing the election to the Mighty Dubya. All President Bush has to do is include these images on his TV ads and that undecided segment of the voting public will have to jump on the Republican Bandwagon. Also, maybe throw in some shots of the San Francisco gay pride parade with captions stating that these are the allies of the DemonRatic Party. We could dole out an a$$ whipping to the Party of Perversion like we did in 2002.
Either that or our coutry is more demented than I thought and we're all doomed!

The suggestion doesn't exactly sit well with protesters either, many of whom protested John Kerry's convention in Boston, back independent Ralph Nader or just hate all of the above. It's a little disingenuous for this reporter to claim that these protestors simply hate all of the above, when their protests are so much louder and bigger than the ones in Boston.
