I heard it on TV news. There was no booing.
I think the all the booing came from the AP reporter who was probably booing Bush.
Sounded like a LOT of people of going "ohhhh" and "awwww".
Typical "crowd sound" after something bad happens.
How very ironic that, just now, C-Span is airing a show "Politics and the Internet" (from 8/24/04). Dan Gillmor, of The Mercury News just said Drudge is taken "with a grain of salt" because of his reporting of the alleged Kerry affair.Will people now take the AP with "a grain of salt"?

There is a tremendous difference between a high-pitched "whooo" and a deep "booo." Methinks AP reporters just aren't used to being around men with deep voices.
You mean like the cancelled arsino hall show's woo woo wooo, with waving arm? Makes sence.

The audio is quite clear: There is a combination of applause and a few folks going Wooooo. Some people just do that when applauding.
Booing is a distinctly different pitch.
This is a case of militants at AP attacking American Freedom Fighters.
