We were at Niagara falls in July watching some street juggler. He was being paid by the Parks Commission. As aprt of his act, he described growing up in New Jersey and moving to Canada while "stationed here during the Vietnam war." Stupid moron.
We left.
Went to the Falls in early August, on the Canadian side (The Canadian side is better, IMO) It's really weird - near the falls you got the hotels and tourist trap stores (Guinness Records). But outside of that the city is very rundown and crumbling.
