Kerry senate site still shows incorrect combat medal information. Must have been a typo.

I think his Senate employees took a vacation months ago & haven't returned. Sure do hope they haven't been working on his Presidential campaign, while on the government clock.

He apparently earned one for the Bronze Star, the bitch is about the nonexistent one for the Silver Star on his DD214.

"The presence of the combat "V" with Kerry's Silver Star on his DD 214 raises two extremely disquieting questions. How did the unauthorized "V" get there, and why has Kerry allowed it to remain?"

Silver Star

Bronze Star

"John Kerry entered the Navy after graduation."
I think he actually entered the Navy RESERVES. But Dems are telling us no one got in the Guard or Reserves without being a "Fortunate Son".

If so I stand corrected. Either way he was like a high school student making his own report card.

Combat "V" (or in the Army, "V" for Valor) is awarded on the Bronze Star to distinguish it from a Bronze Star awarded for "Meritorious Service". It's the "V" that shows up on his DD214 for the Silver Star (there's no such animal) that is in question.
Personally, I doubt that Kerry 'doctored' his DD214. It's probably an error made by some yeoman when Kerry was being released from active duty.
