1) Kerry is stuck in Vietnam because he can't talk about anything else.
2) He brought in all the Clinton people but, as if to anticipate a "see: this means Hillary is going to come in," he said, that "none of these people were there when Clinton had to get re-elected in 1996." They are all people who "play well to the base, but do nothing for crossover voters." In short, Kerry is still trying to shore up his base.
3) Kerry has HUGE problems with the base, because no matter what position he takes on anything he alienates half his base. If he says pull out of Iraq, he offends about 30%; if he says stay, he offends about 70%.
4) Hannity ran down a list of states and where the election stands. This was a surprise. Morris said the hurricane plays to Bush and Gov. Bush, and that Ohio looks safe. MO=Kerry (surprising, to me and Hannity); Minnesota=Bush (trending GOP); WI and MI=Kerry, despite the polls in WI; NJ "very close."
Morris said if WI goes Bush we're looking at a blowout. He said his guess was this would be a 70-80 electoral-vote win for Bush.
MO *will* go Bush, I went to a rally there a week or so ago. It was incredible.
I would be happy even with a 1 EC win.
I have to agree. The President will pick MN, MI and PA too. Kerry is running a campaign that literally pays by the day diminishing returns.

Well, we all know Morris analyzes well and guesses wrong. I'm guessing that Bush'll win Wis. and Mo., and lose Minn. and Mi then.
morris is smoking crack. He picks kerry to win MO and WISC and bush to win minn. And then he says that equates to a 70-80 electoral victory for bush... uh, no.
If we lose MO and Wisc we're lucky to get to 270. Morris is good on the macro-sense with big picture stuff, but on the ground I think he's clueless.
I forgot to post that Morris thought PA would go Kerry.
A poll the other day had GWB up 14 points in MO! Morris is way off on this one.

Why does toesuck insist on insulting our intelligence with his stupid shiite? He was unprepared for when Sean told him it was double digits in Mo. and up big in Wisconsin. His flat "Bush won't win Pa. " was plain jackass stupid.
