"The mystics and psychics and the energy workers, the healers and the deep astrologers and the ancient shamanistic texts, all tend to agree that a major shift is already under way on this planet, a massive spiritual/energetic transformation slowly sweeping all of humanity, right now and throughout the coming decade, affecting everyone and everything, ready or not, bringing the world's issues and conflicts and spiritual questions to a critical head."

You know, I was talking with my neighbor Stosh this morning, and he said pretty much the same thing. Stosh has been known to have his mystical and psychic moments, especially after he's spent the better part of the day washing down cognacs with MGD's. He also qualifies as an "energy worker" too, since he's employed at the nuclear plant down by Joliet. I'll have to ask him whether or not he's a shaman -- I don't know him that well yet.

Anyway, it was good to have two bits of good news -- one from Morford, one from Stosh -- on the same day. Considering how the presidential election seems to be trending, I was about to go jump off the roof.

By the way -- keep posting Morford. He's highly entertaining. Can't you just see him setting off the smoke alarms as he writes?

" . . . painful and cheerless . . . tyranny and misprision . . ."

Sounds more like the Clinton presidency, to me.

Please continue to post Morford. He's dead wrong, but there's no question that he's entertaining.

... full of light and generosity and awareness and a deep, abiding respect for those who share this pale blue dot with us.

I don't see John Kerry capable of making this kind of change, do you?

Does this mean that the tiny percent of the population that prefers homosexual perversity will not rule after all?

Does this mean that the ruining of a good word by forcing the euphimism "gay" down our throats (so to speak) will be exposed as a sham?

How sad for you, San Fran, that "gay" is not really gay after all. But then it never really was.

There is no joy in Mudville
mighty Kerry has struck out.
