Three, what does he mean by releasing ALL records? Does this mean they are supposed to invade other officer's documents without permission that may or may not contain files about G.W.? If so, this guy needs to be impeached.
This is a judge overstepping his ground, even if Bush granted authority to the pentagon to release his records, it does not mean a judge can override the privacy act set up to protect service members.
