Lucy Raminez = the name Bill Burkett gave as the source of the memo. He did not say which Lucy Raminez, thus - supposition not necessary.
Bottomline - Dan Rather, C-BS are liberals with an agenda. Like all liberals, they NEVER take responsibility for their actions.
Lockart and Cleland had contact with Burkett. Mary Mapes had contact with Lockart and Burkett.
Deduction: Kerry campaign is up to its neck in this scam to fool the public.
