What she did:
During telephone calls with a prisoner in a Colorado prison, she agreed to intercept mail he would send to a legal person at CBS (because the prison wouldn't read that) and she would send it from the legal department at CBS to a prisoner who is at a different location.
Apparently, he was not supposed to correspond with this guy and this was his and Mapes illegal way of circumventing the prison system.
They found out because the call was recorded and sent letters to CBS, her boss and basically forbid her from any correspondence with the prisoner again.

WHY did she do this....is the prisoner a FRIEND or Relative??? Or is the prisoner tied to he Byrd cas in Jaspar Texas??? Or is this a person against Bush??
