She was looking at about 45 days in jail for contempt. CBS got her off the hook by agreeing to publish a transcript of the tape on its website.
She also seems inordinately camera shy. Probably the better to advance her own adgenda, as she most likely feels that she can be more effective if nobody has to look at that visage of her ;-)
I thought I read somewhere else out here today that she ran into some other journalistic scrape while working for KIRO in Seattle (prior to CBS). I haven't seen a concrete story yet though.
