"Local 6 News reported that a tourist fell about four feet while attempting to enter the front seat of a stationary car."That sounds like a far cry from a "gruesome death that was videotaped". Somebody went to the Dan Rather School of Journalism, either Local 6 or whatever TV station reported the death.
