Apply to Vote Absentee
To vote absentee, you must:
Be a registered voter
Be eligible to vote absentee
Submit a completed absentee ballot application (see options below)
Once your application is received, the Clerk's office will verify your eligibility and compare your signature on the application against the signature on your voter registration record before issuing a ballot.
Please note: If you are a first-time voter, you CANNOT vote absentee by mail if you registered to vote by mail (the only exception is for overseas and military voters). To verify identification and prevent voter fraud, the law states that you must either register in person or vote in person if you are a first-time voter.
