Note to stevens, you're not an American anymore. You no longer enjoy the same rights we do. Get used to it.
Was he ever an American? He was born in England to a Greek and a Swede. Did he ever take out US citizenship? I don't know.
If he's not American, how can he sue to be let into the country? He has no right to entry.
Not clear on this: is he an American, or is he British? (I've never been a big fan, so just never bothered to find out.)
