Yeah, she got arrested for PO a PO. Bad judgment on her part. Worse judgment, in my opinion, on the part of the cop. I smell a nice lawsuit in the making. No jury in the world is going to side against a pregnant woman who claims police brutality in this situation.

Actually as liberal as Montgomery County is, the juries have not been very sympathetic to police brutality charges. If this had taken place in DC or one of the Prince George's County stations I would agree with you. Then again get just a few jurors who have been annoyed by rude cell phone talkers, and I do not think that the officer is going to have a problem.

Hey, jury? Just put me on that jury. No problem at all taking down a pregnant woman, or anybody else for that matter, who wanders about yelling into a cellphone!
